Mr. Dennis Slater has been a resident of the State of Florida since 1975, and a valued contributor to the Florida business community. After 38 years of Executive positions in the automotive industry, in 2010, Mr. Slater began his Management Advisory firm, CEO-CFO Solutions, LLC, providing select high net worth individuals and business leaders with strategic investment planning and equity capital infusion plans.

Mr. Slater has been honored as a 2012 Tampa Business CFO of the Year recipient, and often recognized in the Tampa Business Journal for his work providing finance assistance to local area business ventures, generating Tampa area jobs during our economic recovery period.

Mr. Slater regularly participates in the Tampa Area Chief Financial Officer Exchange Group, and EB-5 Advisory Boards, as well as Tampa area and statewide Economic Business and Development Councils.
In 2012, Mr. Slater has acquired the US Government Licensing Rights administered thru The Florida EB-5 Regional Center, LLC.

The US Citizenship and Immigration Services, with over-site from The Homeland Security Department and The Securities and Exchange Commission, administers the Immigration Investors Program (EB-5), created by the US Congress to stimulate the US economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign national investors.

EB-5 licensing rights enable the Regional Center to submit job creation certification from new commercial enterprises, funded with foreign investment capital. Each $500,000 approved investor equity contribution must be supported by 10 full time permanent jobs related to the venture.

The Florida EB-5 Regional Center, LLC has facilitated the foreign capital investment funding for multiple hotel, assisted living facilities and infrastructure projects that have generated in excess of $30,500,000 investment capital, fifty-five I-526 investor applications, and nearly 2,000 new jobs throughout the State of Florida over the last two years.
